About RDM Art

Denise Mallon

Back in 2012, a friend invited me along to a local art class here in the Manawatu with the wonderful Vonnie Sterritt (artsterritt.co.nz). This reintroduced me to my interest in art, in particular painting, and has been instrumental with my artistic journey thus far. Painting offers an appreciation of the amazing world we live in providing the motivation to capture this in my next painting.

After attending a number of Vonnie's art classes, and with the encouragement and support of family and friends, I have decided to dedicate more time to my passion for painting and to share my art pieces with others.

My medium of choice is acrylics and I will be working on different subject matters as I build on my portfolio. My current focus is on bird life, painting a number of different birds as I enjoy capturing each of their unique details in my paintings.

I will be offering some of my pieces for sale over coming months so keep an eye out on the product page.
